I have made a complaint on 15th of october for non connection of broadband but automatically it was connected at a slow speed of 100mbps. The dept. closed the complaint without taking any steps to increase the speed. Then again i have made a complaint on 21st october and this time i have noted the complaint and the no is 88173445. I have received a call from the dept. about the complaint on 22nd october morning promise to send a staff to rectify the problem but so far today 23rd october i.e upto 6.10 p.m no one has attended the problem. if that be the case i have no other go to switchover from your service. pl do the needful at the earliest.
