This is to bring your king notice that i am having a Indane Gas connection with the Dealer M.V.Enterprises, Indane Distributor, N M Road Avadi, Chennai - 600054. My customer no is E7707, I have booked a cylinder on 09-12 and till date we have not received the cylinder, when approcahed the distributor they are not responding properly and we came to know that the cylinders are distributed to some other persons on higher rate. Due to this corruption we are not able to get the supplies on time. As per the distributor we have to book the cylinder after 20 days once we receive the cylinder, after booking it is taking 25 days to get the same, totally it is taking 45 days to get one cylinder.
Request you to kindly look into this.
