PF ACCOUNT NO: MH/94363/15 (PF Receipt not received from company)

Dear Sir,

Please refer the PF Account No: MH/94363/15 Which is given by company to me but till I have not yet received PF Receipt from company. I have requested several times with employer to send me PF Receipt but till they have not shown any positive response. I have regined this organisation on date:10/06 & after that I have requeted them to settle my account & PF Money but till they have not taken any positive action to settle this issue. Now I have doubt about the PF Money & my balance amount which is with them since last year 10th June.

Therefore I like to request PF Department to look into this matter & make it clear that they have deposited PF Money & employer contribution? Pl send me updated PF Receipt.
