I have been an ex employee too and to tell u d truth shetty is a big dupester. his modus operandi is to make people work 4 free while he enjoys the fruit of ur hardwork. He has been shunted out of many companies becoz of the reason of providing false documentation and big Talk. If ur sensible enough ull not waste ur time n energy on goin dere. Ur salary has been pocketed by them. They must have made u sign an agreement. Even if u try goin to d courts they will show some clause n ull b sorry that u wasted ur time. The HR d Associate directors all r in hand in glove wit him. atleast he let u go without any harm. In fact i dont think they even gave u a full salary. Shetty specializez in giving bounced cheques n false promises. So if ur sensible enough ull try finding a new job. take care n all d best.
