Dear Sir,

I am Alkesh Bhiwala from Infocom Network Ltd., Pune.

My BSNL Land Line Number (912026140002) is dead since 01 SEP 2008.

I have talked with Mr. Ranvir & Mr. Jagtap. They told me... Because of cable fault, your phone is dead. Both talk with me very badly. Your both officers are very badly talking with me. They don't have any sense how to talk with customer. My next office BSNL phone is working. Why my phone is dead??? They told me... Every time 1 problem (cable fault)...

May I know???

When my phone will be started???
