I have taken membership of My Rights 9 to 9.com from 28/March/10 onwards vide Membership no.105203. This is a company who claims that they fight for consumer rights and take action on their complaints. While introductory theirselves they promised that being a member, we have free access to their website (www.myrights9to9.com), where we can put our complaints and see agreement templates, if reqd. They have even promised, that they will pursue all consumer cases for member and their blood relatives without any charges.
To become a member, I have paid a sum of Rs.649/- for One & half year membership (as spl. offer). Now it is almost 3 months passed and I am waiting for my Login ID & Password to access their website. I have called them several times for the same, but all gone in vain. Everytime they have a new excuse ready with them. I have spoken to their Director Mr. Rahul also but same story repeated.
Infact, I have logged my consumer complaint also on 09/June/10 to their respective email ids ([email protected]; [email protected]) and asked them for help.
Again I reminded them on 25/June/10 about my complain. But this time also they have not replied, infact after giving several telephonic calls, they asked me to send mail to their director's email ID ([email protected]), which I forwarded on 25/June/10 and again on 01/July/10. Now they are not entertaining my phone calls also. I tried to meet them at their office on 03/July/10, but their director has refused to meet. Kindly help me out.
Normally we do complaints against product we use or services we get, but what about this company, who claim themselves as consumer forum. I want you to take a serious action against this company so that in future, they dont make fool of people.
