I was approached by MyWay affiliated agency RAINBOW SYSTEMS, KOLKATA 700004 [(033) 25307917] on 14th July for a combined connection of Broadband and IPTV.Satisfied with the letter of consent of BSNL and MYWAY that they produced and reconfirmed by the MYWAY customer care centre [No. 18602669929] I filled up the form and handed over the cheque of Rs 1, 500.00 in favour of Myway. This cheque was debited from my account on 31/07.

Thereafter, on repeated follow-ups I have been subjected to harassment and abusive retaliations. Finally I called them up on Aug 1 and requested them to cancel my subscription request and return my cheque. On the same day I was contacted by some Mr Bibhas Sen [Mobile No 919339457775] claiming to be the Territory Manager-Myway. He committed that the work order is ready and the BroadBand will be installed by July 3. Thereafter my IPTV connection will be activated. On 6th July since nothing happened, no one called be for any status update and on the contrary they disconnected the line every time they identified my number when I called up, I contacted my local exchange [Belgharia ] where it was confirmed that neither my application is received by them nor the infrastructure for IPTV transmission is ready in this exchange as on date.

I immediately contacted MyWay helpdesk and also called up their agency Rainbow Systems. Things started getting bad from that day. I was contacted by Mr Bibhas Sen shortly after and started showering personal abuse, threat and finally called up my residence to threaten and abuse my old parents. This came as a real shock to me since the only guilt committed by me till then was showing interest in IPTV connection from MyWay, paying them the cheque and thereafter following-up with them for connection status.

Can Myway explain why have the money been debited from my account knowing very well that connection will not be extended in the next 6 months[at least].

Why did RAINBOW SYSTEMS approach an area where the infrastructure is yet to be put in place?

Why did I receive a mail from your office dtd 29/07 [attached below] stating that the connection will be activated in the next 2-3 days? Can anyone from MyWay take the responsibility and answer why am I being subjected to extreme abusive languages every time I call your representative (Mr Bibhas Sen) who himself called me to clarify that the connection will be activated?

I am sure that you all will surely not be aware of these atrocities in the name of BSNL& MyWay and would like myself like to put such racket or individuals to justice. Let me re-iterate that I am NOT DOING this to get back my Rs 1500 as like a lot of other Indians and you, my dignity comes first and it is my DIGNITY and SELF-ESTEEM that has been hurt by the rude and nasty behaviours of representatives of MyWay.
