No response and money has taken

Hi All,

I have followed up with many times with my way people but not getting the response and even it has cost me alot monitarily and menatlly also see my below recent convarsation with Myway people.

and the people involved in this are

Mr Sridhar s :- 09611123389 (he say him self as Karnataka head)

Mr Mulkeet Singh :- 9611123389 (Sorry if any spelling mistake there in the name)

Mr Gopal From DSA who has taken the money :-09341211782

Hi,

This is with reference to CAF 10028506 of MyWay IP TV .

I have given a request on 9th Sept to get an IP tv connection and till date I have not got connection for home entertainment through IP TV . After repeated follow up I got response on 25th Sept that I need an type II modem from BSNL and immediately I made the necessary arrangement for the same. After that I received the message from your technical department that due to technical limitation this will not work-out, however after a long fight the technical department and also Mr Sridhar Karnataka head of operation has given us a commitment that they will solve the long pending issue and do the installation before 3rd October. But there is no response from the team on this matter and when I tried calling them on their phone number not a single response come.

Please look in to the matter seriously as this is almost near to a month that With the hope of IP TV I am without any home entertainment in my home.

Note to BSNL and My Way :- Please letus know why BSNL has not provided the port for the right band width as it ia a integrated part of BSNl.

The cost incurred to me for the IP TV and Follow up

IP TV Advance 1500

BSNL type II modem 1600/-

and Phone call charges around 300/-

Grand Total :- RS 3200/- and all my valuable time wasted for convcersation with IP TV .

Please make the necessary arrangement for the IP TV entertainment by 5th October and take this as notice else you need to face the legal action.
