Complaint registered at M/s. Shri Shakti Communication- Hubli vide Job Sheet No: 377434038 / 081007 / 16 dtd 7/10/08. Was sent on 7th under warranty and had to send the same again as it was not attended properly. the flickering / screen turning into milky white is the problem, and im unable to use the same. was also very much disgusted with very vague answers from mr. sarcar and vinayak of nokia careline, until last word i spoke never showed any inclination of sorting the issue. im sure the service people in the centre are not proffesioanls and im made to go the odd trauma for which my belief on NOKIA is shaken. I request a proper and immediate services from the company.i require a REPLY under copy to the centre.
