The phone has the manufacturing defect

I want to complain about Nokia and Nokia Care Representatives. I bought the N73 phone on March 19. It was a defected piece. The speakers were not working properly. It is a music addition phone, so the volume must be high, but its speakers' volume was even lesser than a normal handset (without camera, Bluetooth, FM facilities).

I sent the phone to Nokia to check the issue with speakers and they returned the phone after one week saying that the speakers are working properly. It is the highest volume. One month went in this hassle and my phone dealer (as stated by him) that for my goodwill, he has changed the speakers.

I used the phone for another one or two months and now, I regret that I purchased such a mobile that’s not working. The mobile hangs so much that I have to wait at least 5- 10 minutes to call someone. I cannot receive calls; there is an issue that it does not reflect that someone is calling me. It just reflects the missed calls. But as soon as I click on to view them, they are lost and there is no call in my call log. My phone speakers are the worst speakers. My music files stopped automatically as the phone got locked.

I am working as a Senior Executive at IBM Daksh. I usually do Night Shifts. It is not possible for me to go to Nokia Care everyday. I sent the phone to Nokia Care in July end or August Beginning (does not remember the exact date). Since, that day, I went to Nokia Care to take back the mobile. The representative there told me that my phone is working. It works for one hour, you can say in front of them and then the same problem occurs.

I went again to the same Nokia Care the next day. They submitted my phone and the representative said, it will be working within the next one week. The same issue between me and Nokia Care went on for two months. Now, in September the issues were to the heights. I have to wait sometime for 24-48 hours to use my phone. Atleast 5-7 times, I went to Nokia Care and every time, they gave me their service sheet that my phone is with them. When, I told them to check the hassle, they said that the phone came to Nokia Care for only one time.

After all this hassle, I regain my powers and submit my phone again for replacement on October 25. (I literally fought with them to atleast my phone must work). The Manager, Mr. Baljeet, over Nokia Care (Jail Road) said it has been sent to Bangalore for replacement. I am without my phone for more than 40 days. The biggest mobile company has not solved the problems; the customer is facing due to their mobile.

Mr. Baljeet asks me to wait for week’s time after October 25 to get the replaced phone. I called him after 2 and half weeks, on November 12. He said, please wait for another one week. All these fake statements changed to two more days since December 1. I called Mr. Baljeet on December 8 and threaten to contact consumer court, he said, phone will be in Nokia Care till evening. Now, its December 13, I am writing this complaint to you to help me out. I am still without the phone. The Job Sheet No.s are:

I don't want the same phone now as its condition will be worst that ever before due to this hassle. My knowledge says that all the parts of the phone must have been ruined. It’s been 9 months and I have not used the phone properly. PLEASE HELP, I AM TOTALLY AGAINST NOKIA. I WANT A NEW WORKING PHONE.
