Sir, I had submitted my cell N80 at Today Telecom, Nokia Care Centre, (9/10, Padmavati Darshan Opp. Deepak Cinema N.M.Joshi Marg, Mumbai-400013) on the 11th of July the problem being –“ no display on the cell”. The Target delivery date was 27th July. When i went to collect the cell, I was informed that the cell was not ready due to non availability of spares and same had to be procured so the delay. So i revisited the NOKIA care centre after a week but the same response was given to me. and so i was getting anxious so i call the Nokia care several times but very bad response on phone was given only one thing was told on all occasions that spares have not been received yet and phone is disconnected. On asking to speak with the seniors the response is the same and the phone is disconnected So i visited along with a friend on 10th of August. On request and showing displeasure about the very bad service and response offered to us we were directed to speak to the Mr Girish who investigated the case but was very recultant to listen to our ordeal and his response was a very cold one. He seemed in no mood to listen to us. Just a very usual response was given to us that the NOKIA care will intimate before the assured date about the delivery and a delivery date was given to me which was on the weekend that was on 14th august and also told us that if that there is any change in the date will be intimated to us by phone. But after this assurance also we have not received any phones or any any updates about the cell phone repairs.
We again called the NOKIA care and same response was given that we have not received the spares.
But i find that my ordeal with NOKIA care has become a non ending one. I am at present using my moms cell phone which is a low end phone and which does not have sufficient memory to store my contacts.
