Failure of BSNL Cell prepaid recharge

Dear Sir,

I have paid Rs.225/- using my ICICI bank on-line for re-charge of my wife's cell having BSNL

prepaid connection No. 9426538843 (Gujarat circle) on 2nd Mar.

The money was debitted in full to my ICICI acct. (No.623501171223) vide transaction no. 0094064792.

But BSNL's USE-LESS & NON-RELIABLE SYSTEM didn't recharged our prepaid cell. Later on when i approached

to BSNL customer care on the same day @ 11:00 hrs the customer care repv. Mr. Makawana refused to register

complaint.

I HVAE NO TRUST ON BSNL, PLZ HELP ME TO GET REFUND.
