Eliance one card, 226611130159597

Dear Reliance one care,

Last year, I two time called at reliance one call center for your parmenant Reliance one card.then they confirmed us, you will get it with in 30 days of working days.but i have not yet receive the parmenant reliance one card., My temporary card no is 226611130159597. My first complain no is 133232 dt.17/12/08 and second complain no is 188781 dt.19/03/09. If I did'n get your parmenant reliance one card with in 15 days from my online current complain. Then i desroyed the temporary reliance one card and I'll never go to reliance fresh centre for purches. I am waiting for your prompt action.
