Late in issue of passport

I have submitted an application for issue of passport on18.09. Reciept Key no A022318. My police vaification has already been cleared in the last week of Dec. Passport is very essential for my higher studies but still I am waiting for the same. Therefore I request to you to kindly see the matter favorabily and please take necessary action for issuing of passport at the earliest. I will be very thank ful to you.
