1. Telephone out of order (2381509) 2. caller i d not active in new connection (2380832)

I have been trying to contact the concerned dept. frequently. My telephone No.2381509 is not working.

Further in my other number i.e. 2380832 though the caller id facility is provided, the same is inactive.

Please rectify the same on very urgent basis
