This is with reference to the auto drivers standing outside Khar W Station, last Saturday round 7.30 pm I was waiting for a auto to travel from Khar W Station to Santacruz East 5th Road, after waiting for 1 hour and asking over 75 auots I was helpless, no one wanted to come to the destination. Finally I requested one auto driver to drop me by taking Rs-100, instead of the local fare Rs- 20 (on the maximum side).
After 1-2 days, I saw a police man standing at the Khar Signal and requested him to see that the drivers are doing, but he kept on arguing that it is not his job and if I want to complaint I need to go to Vakola office for the same.
It is very disgusting that the drivers are doing what they like, its so irritating after work when you have to wait for hours for the auto. Hope right action is taken so that at khar station other passengers so not face the same issues.
