Respectfully, my name is vikram jeet singh but my father has two accounts at your lalru branch which is 15 K.M far away from my home town. But for the costomer convenience you did great job and opened a new branch at derabassi (at my home town) i went there to update my pension account and saving account bank copies. Because it was very urgent and i had to show it somewhere. I was waiting there for 1 hour for my turn but when i showed my account books to the cashier of derabassi branch. He behaved very rudely and litterly abusive over me and said i have to go to my lalru branch which is 15 km from my home town for the updation of my account books. I need immediate action against him otherwise i am going to put my complaint in the consumer court. His rudeness made me very upset.
