Stray Dog Menance

I live in B 1 A Block of Janakpuri. There is very serious problem of stray dogs. The most threatning part is that these dogs mostly target children. We are at the mercy of MCD to take some action as no common ctizen is trained to tackle this situation. I will very much appreciate for helping hand extended on the said matter by anyone.
