On date 21/8, when i went to take ticket for my train, the staff member who is setting there, first of all he is not behaviouring in such manner that he is doing some social work there, because his ward was "i given u ticket that donot suppose to give.

issue was i given him RS.502/- in return he gave me first Rs.1 first because he was not having change of Rs.500.he asked me to wait than ofher few minets he gave me RS.400 that time asked him uncle your given only RS.400 not RS.20. his warding was "tune daru piya hai kai, chal nekal, tume anpada to nahi lakate padelikhe ho kai? " i chacked amount behave i was having RS.530 in my packet when i show me my packet and when he saw that that MY Rs.30 he start shauting, and said that i already given u RS.20 than " chal nikal"

i given complaint also to station manger, he responded well mannger

I JUST WANT TO KNOW THAT . do not want this rs.20, i just want to know that, is this was to talk to customer if yes or not please let me so i also do some about this .these people talk to customer we are going there for there and there are not seating that for us for customer, the of communication and ward that there are using if you people want to chack go to any small station kalyan, vithalwadi, ambarnatha etc.

i hope some action should be taken against these people, this is not story only me there are so many people those are suffering
