Non receipt of passport

Myself Gurpreet Singh S/o S shubeg singh. My passport file o is ASR Z124656 08. I have applied for passport on 13/10/08. I have sent reminder on 22/05/09. my police enquiry has been done.

Now i am not able to check the status of my application. plz let me know the status of my application. B coz since around 1 year im waiting for my passport. Plz look into this matter.
