Garbage is not collected regularly

The garbage waste from our house has not been collected for the last 3 days. It is causing us inconvenience as a huge pile of garbage covers has now accumulated in front of the house. It is to be noted that the stray dogs around may mess this pile eventually. We are not able to do anything about this as we leave home for work before the garbage van comes. We request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful immediately.
