Payment of balance of 35% to SICBL persons

Re: Saraswat Co.op Bank Ltd and take-over of SICBL

This Bank whilst take-over, has also taken the Assets & Liabilities of the SICBL Bank. There are thousands of senior citizens who have their hardearned money by sweat and kept in Deposits/Savings Account with this Bank.

It is nearly 2 years that no action has been taken by this take-over Bank regarding payment of the balance of 35%, though it is responsibility of this said bank to take action of the recoveries. The sufferers are poor retired persons.

If this Bank has not taken the recoveries of particularly one party when it involves more than Rs 46 Crores it is regretted that they shove their inefficienciness to the poor retired persons who have their hard earned money.

May I therefore request the Saraswat Co.op Bank to take immediate action to pay off the balance of 35% to the persons involved.
