Dear Sir
I was standing just in front of the bust stop opposite my office in Topsia on 17th September to take a bus to my home at 4.30pm. Suddenly a private car no WB-26C-6363 has hit me from my back while it was backing without any horn and any music. I fell down, luckily I had no physical injury as I fell down on the other side of the bus stop and not to the side of that particular car.
The car driver or the 2 ladies inside the car didn't show me any sympathy or they didn't come out of the car and the lady said "I don't want to talk to you".
After that I went to the police booth just opposite road but it was closed and surprisingly the duty constable was out of the booth and no other constable in Topsia road attended me and was forcing me to go to Police station. Then I waited there till Traffic guard officer namely Mr Sandip Gon came and took details from me but in a very non official way though I wanted it to be official complaint.
He gave me a phone no of traffic control room and I talked to them but they were also very very reluctant hearing me.
I simply want Kolkata police to take some action atleast to those inhuman citizens of Kolkata who has no heart to come out of the car and to see whether the girl is ok or not. I got harassed from both the car and by your traffic force.
May I know what else I could have done or your police would not be that kind to help me or let me know what action they have taken.
Sir, I will give you reminder every week if I get no response from your side. Being a citizen of Kolkata I expect you won't give me that chance or would you?
At the end of my complaint I would not give you thanks untill and unless your people actually do something about it.
