Dear Aitel Customer service officer,
I have lost my mobile with Airtel connection having no: 9989614188 0n 28-09-08. I have made a complain to airtel office in ECIL Branch and asked the executive to stop/disconnect my connection, he denied. I was told that there is no rules to disconnect the pre-paid connectio. I was shocked. I was in mumbai for two weeks. So now i request you to disconnect my connection for any kind of further harrazement.
