The following job was offered (with a offer letter and contract agreement) to me without conducting any sort of interview and/or anything else sort of. After posting a couple of job related questions/doubts to them back didnot respond back any answers till now in the last 2 days.
Seems its fake since its asking us to spend the money from our pocket for work and residence permit as a proof of our acceptance... without even knowing me properly. Seems like its fake.

Mid Petroleum Company will forward a Confirmatory Letter of Job offer to the Spanish Embassy/Consulate in your home country after you have acquired your Works and Residence Permit.
There will be two weeks mandatory Orientation/Training Exercise for all Newly Employed Expatriates which will take place within the Work Metropolis of Mid Petroleum Company of the facility Plant in Madrid and this Program will start 7 days on arrival for work sign-on.
