Sir, I do not know this complain will reach to you or not, however, I am writting my grievances with hope that if you receive, you will positively pay your attention on my complain. Below mention request has already posted to you at 8, civil lines, Jaipur.
Sub: To probe against Irregularities done by Nagar-Palika, Chittorgarh in 03 while converting Private Agriculture Land into Residential colony under 90-B.
Sir,
We, the residents of colonies situated at Chamti Khera Road, Chittorgarh hereby submits the following for your information and necessary probe in to the irregularities done by the Nagar Palika, Chittorgarh in 03 while converting private Agriculture land into residential colonies:-
1 At Chamti Khera Road, Chittorgarh since 1998 following residential colonies were approved by the administration:-
i) Kailash Nagar (ii) Friends Colony iii) New Ahinsa Nagar (iv) RA Colony (v) Riddhi-Siddhi Nagar
2 For the above colonies, site plans were got approved by the Sr. Town Planner, Udaipur under Act, 90-B and in the site plans approved by the Sr. Town Planner, Udaipur, all the colonies are shown systematically linked by Link Roads but for some of the colonies, Nagar Palika completely changed the plans without getting any approval from Town Planner and cancelled the Link Roads by inserting plots & also changed the plot sizes and issued “Pattas” thereafter. Some of the examples are:-
a. A plot vide no. 28-A inserted in place of Link Road between Friends Colony & Riddhi-Siddhi Nagar.
b. A plot vide no. 39 inserted in place of Link road between RA colony & Riddhi Siddhi Nagar.
c. In New Ahinsa Nagar & RA colony, there are two link roads in the plans but physically no roads are there.
d. Site plan for extension of Friends colony were not got approved by Town Planner. It was approved by Nagar Palika only.
3 Above facts have now come to light when Nagar Palika has issued construction permission and plot owner has started construction of house at link road place shown in site plan approved by Sr. Town Planner.
4 It may please also be noted that the site plan of Ridhhi Siddhi Nagar which was given to Residential plot purchasers with Patta has no signature of Sr. Town Planner. But on the site plan given with patta to purchaser has the same reference no. of site plan approve by Sr. Town Planner (Copies exhibit for reference).
5 Above irregularities were also expressed two times to the District Collector & Commissioner, Nagar Palika, Chittorgarh in the month of Dec., 08 showing both the site plans by the residents of these area but so far no action has been taken by the Administration.
6 On the above points, Nagar Palika officials say that Town Planner is only Advisory body. Final power invested to amend any plan is with Nagar Paliak.
In view of above, we request your good self to kindly enquire into the matter and issue necessary orders to cancel the “PATTA & CONSTRUCTION PERMISSION” given by the Nagar Palika, Chittorgarh for Plot No. 28-A & 39 in Riddhi Sinddi Nagar, Chamti Khera Road, Chittorgarh and also issue orders to get stopped the on-going Construction work on 28-A with immediate effect.
An early action will highly be appreciated & will create trust in the State Administration & Government.
