I have purchase acer aspire laptop in may. Its giving blue screen error frequently. I am fedup with this laptop service given by you. your customer care says me that to provide error massege to him but blue screen comes for a second and my laptop reboots so how can I provide you error massage.
Pls help me to rectify this problem on priority besis asap.
