Selling Milk at more than MRP

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

The Naina Bakery shopkeeper in Pai Layout, Bangalore sells the Nandini Milk packet at Rs. 6 (250 ml) when the MRP at the packet is Rs. 4.75. When i asked him why is he selling more than the MRP he returned me my money back and told me to buy from another shop. I don't think that anybody has the right to charge more than the MRP price until they are charging some service price for it.

Please take appropriate action.
