I purchased an FZ16 about three months ago. From day one it was frustrating interacting with the staff at Naman Auto Sales. In my own opinion the staff at Naman Auto Sales - I interacted with - have no business to be working with a company that sells products worth 75K. With 10-12 days of taking delivery of the bike the battery drained out. Their manner of speaking is easily described as rude and lacks the spirit of customer service. They told me outright that I was the only one to face such a problem. When I told them I would complain about this rude statement to yamaha - the smart alec decided to amend his statement to read - "I" have heard of the problem for the first time. Even getting the RC book from them was a nightmare. When I called to ask when I could collect the book - they replied the RTO had not yet given it to them and that I would be able to collect it only when the RTO gave it to them. Very truthful, innocent statements. But they need to be trained to exlain the delay and the turn around time to the customer. When I finally got the RC book - my name is mis-spelled and they flatly refuse to get it rectified - by telling me the same has been changed in the RTO records. However - I have in my hands the RC smart card with my name mis-spelled. Would like to know if there is a law in India by which I can take this dealership to court and have justice done.
