This is a complain regarding Mr Vijay Gupta who is the MD of NACA.He is basically Chartered Accountant It has been known that a Chartered Accountant can't do any other business directly or indirectly, Still he is doing that.

Chairman Shashibhushan sits in Bareilly center, but all work in delhi has been done by Mr Vijay Gupta. Moreover this organization has promised to give laptop to the student, but till now they have not provided it.
