Respected sir/mam,
with due regards i would like to urge that there is a ZONAL LIBRARY IN BAWANA comes under NARELA ZONE and located in NIGAM PARTIBBHA BAL VIDALAYA BAWANA OLD (BOYS). The libraran is named as Mr KAPIL who unfortunetly being a librarian never visits the library and once in a blue moon when he comes he never allowes any one to even enter the library & study and reading is no where. It remain closed and when he wish to come he comes and goes willingly at any time. it will be HORRIBLE if u enter the library it seems as if it is another BYE-PASS PIT DUMPING STATION. Moreover he sells the monthly magzine within the current month.
This is my humble request to consider my complaint and take strict action this LIBRARIAN
