Refer debit card no. 4213685582012954 .on 11.12.2008 i wanted withdrawl of 7000.00 at HDFC atm Phase XI mohali. Money was not released and sorry appeared on the screen. whereas on the reciept an amount of 7000.00 was debited. I informed the concerend atm bank and Mr Satish Rajdan Branh Mgr at Sector 7 Chandigarh who further advised to contact online with no help from other staff.
Sir, this entry was wrongly debited since no money was issued to me at the ATM. You are requested to kindly verify and credit the amount to mu account. Otherwise I shall be constrained to seek legal remedy. Thanx.
