Whether atm card blocked or not

Sir,

This is sunil kumar venigandla from kothur (mndal), mahaboobnagar (distic).

SUBJECT:

Sir I missed my andhrabank ATM card in few months back then I complinted in kothur branch to block the my ATM card.as well as I applied for new ATM card.

Now Iam not understanding for whteher it is blocked or not, that;s why I need some clarification about this. and when wil give new ATM card to me.

MY ACCOUNT NUMBER = ABJ40304

PLZ send the mail to me along with more details similar to my complint.
