Regarding appointment

I have received about my appointment letter from NATIONAL AGRICULTURE & BOI FERTILIZER RESEARCH CENTRE, NEW DELHI. In this I was informed that my service will be confirmed on payment of Rs.1450 by D.D.to be sent in favour of "ASHOK KUMAR". But there was no phone no. & fax no. of the centre. The web site address given was invalid. The address of the Centre was KRISHNA TOWER PLASA, II FLOOR, SECTOR 12, DWARKA, NEW DELHI-110078, Website: www.anationalagriculture.com

Please give me some assistance.
