Good Day,

Please note that we are really upset because this bad service

my grandmother have 3 months now to renew her passport and the staff in your office didn't help her

she is an old woman and they treat her so bad they said that her file lost she have to return back to United Arab Emirates as soon as possible she will complete 6 months after 19 days then she cant come again inside our country.
