Non payment of moving damages

Dear sir/madam,

I have been waiting for damage claim for more than 9 months now, submitted all the papers twice.. been to their karampura (Deldi) office personally and still no resolution.

Clerk at the karampura office (Mr. A.K. Sharma) is the worst human being I have ever met. Everytime I call he will say that check is ready when I go there to collect, all I see is his laughing face and some lame excuse.. fund not available, fire broke etc etc etc... Now he does not pick up my phone from last 2 months.

We live in bangalore and already spent about 2000 Rs. calling this guy.

This kind of service is totaly unacceptable from national insurance company.
