Packet no.gkl613900 sent by Mr. Ganapathy. M.M on 23.05.2009 to National insurance Co.ltd, Bantwal branch. The packet is not delivered as on 25.05.2009. I have contacted your office and they are not able to locate the packet till now. This is the 3rd time our packets which are sent from Gonikoppal is misplaced or sent to wrong destinations.
