I am holding 2 cetificates of NSC face value of 1000 rs 6yers matuarity .purchased in mumbai by an agent in 1985 on my behalf as the orognal copy was not diliverd to me but only a xerox of this certificate i am having .pls guide me were can i find the corract answer and guideance in this regard pls help.
