Non working of telephone line

I have a connection with Natraj Enterprises, Yelahanka, Bangalore and Consumer Number is 36383.

It is next to impossible to get through the agency to book for a refill on telephone. The telephone lines are always busy and the only time it is not busy is when the agency is closed.

Could you look into this matter as we have been trying for the last 3 days from morning onwards to get through.
