All the numbers on my ticket got cut and when we tried to inform about the winning ticket the only option available was a ph no. of Delhi region -- 45543900 which if constantly ringing since saturday 5th of july but no one is talking the call.
If all this is just meant to fool people then its aq big shame for the publishers / owners of the newspaper.
Please stop fooling your customers or you'll soon have zero readership.
