We have the corporate connection and have only single number in the plan and all off a sudden when we intend to deposit the outstanding amount to SAHAY COMMUNICATION, DEHRADUN we came to know that the number we are using is the slave and master number is some other.
HOW IT IS POSSIBLE AS ONLY WE HAVE ONE SINGLE NUMBER IN THE CORPORATE PLAN???
moreover no help is extended rather laughing comments and non co-operative attitude of the staff at the retail outlet.
i am not able to pay the amount after three visits at the outlet.
Who is responsible for the troubles we have to face???
these retail outlet people are/may be manuplating with the identities of ours and making misusage of our crediantials.
AIRTEL is really a bogus in every aspect. when we are trying to contact Lucknow office number as indicated in the bill (9935099350/9935099351) -- we find number doesn't exists.
So where we will go???
We have only to bang with those staff of retail outlet who them selves are into fraud and forgery.
