Hi

I am nickel jain from 11221, lane no. 4, doriwalan, gaushala road (near new rohtak road).

i am living at 2nd floor and my neighbour "Mrs Aarti Vadhera w/o Mr Harish Vadhera" (at third floor) is doubted to missuse the electricity. I have checked on a number of occasions that the reading of his meter is not what it actually should be, as being a neighbour, i know the amount of electricity used by him.
