I want to know that connection vide K.No 44301121915 of Dinesh Ohri that was disconnected on 2004 due to not paid dues by him at C-1/14, Ground floor Prashant Vihar. Then how can you issue & installed a second new connection vide CA no 60008173530, K No - 44305004260 to him in name of Mohinder Ohri s/o Dinesh Ohri at the same premises. Can your any staff & you reply the same in the court.
why do not you want to recover dues from Dinesh Ohri.
I have been sent to you many mail regarding of the same. In the first reply you said that the defaulted connection of Dinesh Ohri was issued for Ground floor because any floor was not mentioned on his bill so you said that it was issued for ground floor. Now you say that the same connection was issued for barsati floor which floor you do not know.
According to you only Due to supply transferred at Top 3rd floor i am liable to pay dues of Dinesh Ohri not himself Dinesh who is sit in this building at ground floor and have a connection 60008173530, K No - 44305004260 .
Do you know that on the year 2004 in this building have only ground floor 's shops & First Floor. I want to say that in 2004 in this building 1st floor was barsati floor not 3rd floor that;s was not made at that time. It means Defaulted connection was issued for 1st floor. that's owned by a other owner. Please explain me how can you include dues in my bill. I request you please remove dues of Dines Ohri from my CA No 60008479242 and process my req no 2001005088 dated 07-09
If you can not solve this issue / do not want then please opine me What is relation with you and Dinesh Ohri. Because i have no more limit to explain to you the same. If you will not considered this truth then I will call you / send notice to you by High Court for solve this issue and pay compensation for harassments also.

Dear Sir,
I know it very well that there is no supply from my connection. I have many witnesses/Evidences for the same. I am unable to understand, why your Zonal team sending wrong information to you .what is reason I do not know. I called to our all staff to confirm about your Zonal team visit then everyone told that 3rd floor did not open by us. Without open 3rd floor how can possible 3rd floor;s inspection . one person told me also that he was demanding some . but due to ignore his demand he did sent you wrong information.
Please send your team again for verification in my presence.
I am consumer of NDPL So you can not ignore me also. I have paid my all bill timely and honestly. If your's purpose is recover money by anyone then I feel that this mail will be useless for you.
Otherwise I hope that you should passed a correct decision.

I want to inform you that there is no suuply on the barsati floor by my Electric meter. If supply is on the barsati floor then it will be by Mohinder Ohri S/o Dinesh Ohri, his meter is also available at ground floor.
Please take return dues from my meter because there is no connection with barsati floor & my 2nd floor.

As discussed we are sending you the detail (with bill) of both NDPL connection of related Dinesh Ohri at C-1/14, Prashant Vihar, New Delhi 110085 .
I want to say that previous dues vide K No 44301121915 is pending on dinesh ohri
I want to inform you that presently a NDPL connection in the name of Mohinder Ohri s/o Dinesh Ohri is running at the same permises vide C A No 60008173530, K No - 44305004260 .
Mr Mohinder Ohri is the son of Dinesh Ohri (Blood relation) and actual owner name of the same property is Dinesh Ohri. So you can recover this dues from Dinesh Ohri through CA No 60008173530 .
In both bill any floor was not mentioned As per legal/ NDPL its mean that it was installed for Ground Floor, I request you please recover dues from Dinesh Ohri.
On the other side there was no dues pending on Jeewanlata Gupta for 2nd floor, I humbly requested to change the name (R.K.Jain ) & load enhached in the CA No 60008479242 vide req no 2001005088 dated 07-09
