NDPL
DUES NOT PAID BY PREVIOUS OWNER

I am resident of B-1095A SHASTRI NAGAR. I bought this house from Mr. RAJENDER JAIN who had a meter which was taken off by NDPL on owners request one year earlier. Some dues were not cleared by NDPL before taking off. NOW after 12 months of my buying house NDPL representive comes and asks for dues to be paid. I took him to Mr. RAJENDER JAIN who lives in B-1041 he told me that its an affaair between jain and NDPL, I will not be involvedJAIN ALSO AGGREED .BUT now after 18 months NDPL is again troubling me BECAUSE JAIN IS NOT PAYING DUES.WHEN NDPL knows the actual offender dues shoud be shifted to his KNO.in place of troubling me
