Non attendence of phone calls for gas booking

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that Nedus Distributors, 10/1, Bondel Road, Kolkata-700019 (Code-140439) one of the your associates is doing perpetual nuisance with your customers alloted to them. They receive phonecalls only if they wish and intentionally keep the phone engaged whenever they want to spend time at leisure. This is a common practice of these service providers who delivers everthing else but service. Moreover, they are always arrogant and impolite to their customers on phone and at the counters.

You are requested to train them properly and make them learn how to behave, listen, understand and deliver service to the consumers. You are further requested to send me a suitable reply and provide me some better options. I will have to sincerely think of switching over to another service provider, in case my complaint is left unattended.
