Non-delivery of Cylinder
Hello,
I have booked for a refill on 17th of August since 15th August (Saturday) was a holiday. Today I went to the office of NEDUS DISTRIBUTORS to enquire about our status. They have told as usual that there is a shortage of supply of cylinder hence the gas will be supplied on 3-4 th September. I requested to collect the cylinder from their godown but they told that there is an instruction from Indane not to supply from godown. Earlier, I was posted in Delhi and I have neve encountered such problem. In Kolkata, NEDUS DISTRIBUTORS are allowing to book for refill after 15 days from the date of supply of a gas cylinder and after that they are taking more than 15 days to supply for the second. If I will miss to book immediately after 15 days from the date of supply of a cylinder then I will get next cylinder after more than 40 days. I feel so helpless in Kolkata.
For a big family how one can survive on this system. This must be reviewed and strong action should be taken immedistely. During Puja, they will take much more time.
