I had one of the most horrifying experience ever travelling in Neeta Volvo from Mumbai to Pune on 7th.
1. wrong booking was made
2. bus was 45 mins late
3 staff was arrogant and least bothered
4. in the bus the A/C started leaking
5. I was promised a change of bus at khopoli food mall
6. The bus that was given to me was going to a different location
7. i was told that the bus ahead of me would wait for me at wakad phata
8. I had booked ticket for pune station, i ended up on the street on wakad phata
since neeta travels have not completed their service obligation, I want to demand full refund along with appropriate reimbursement for mental and physical torture.
I need help on peoples previous experience with making such complaints, Whom to make these complaints, and if the state consumer forum can help
