I had taken a bus from Mumbai to Pune on 28th Jan in the evening. In the mid way when the bus stopped for the usual 20 min break before lonavla, I asked the driver whether the bus will stop at parihar chowk in pune or not. The driver told that there is stopage on that point. But later hwen the bus finally arrived at pune and the time was appx. 11 in the night, I realised that the stop has not arrived. I again asked the driver whether I have missed my stop. Then the driver told that no bus now stops at parihar chowk. when I asked him that why he gave me wrong information when I asked earlier, he start misbehaving with me in harsh language. Ultimately at that hour of night I had to get down at an unknown stop. The story doesn't end here...
when the next day I came back to Mumabi and I contacted higher officials of Neeta travels and told them, they said that they will call back. After that I made many follow up calls but every time there was the same reply. Till date there is no return call neither I know what happened to my complaint. I want action to be taken for this mental harrassment i had gone through. Its very non professional on the part of Neeta travels that being the highest used travels, they treat their customers like this.
