Neeta volvo bus service is dominating major routes in india . specially mumbai, pune, nasik, shirdi etc.

therefore the service should be atleast 'ok' .but it is horriffic to travel in these buses.

1- rude attendents

2- dirty buses

3- countless delays

4- a/c always a problem

5- no regard for passengers

is this the future of luxury travel? can someone please tell me if there is any point in writing on this forum? how can action be taken against neeta volvo?
