Neigbours waste water contaminating our well

I am from Kolathur, Chennai.

We have a well near the compound wall. Our neighbour's waste water from the kitchen is contaminating our well. We have complained a lot of times, but no action has been taken so far.

Please help us about whom to complain regarding this issue, this is a serious health hazard,
